As a potential KIPP teacher, you are expected to: - Believe all students — regardless of previous academic or socio-economic background — will achieve at the highest levels
- Hold a valid teaching license
- Have at least two years’ teaching experience (required)
- Possess strong content area knowledge and classroom management skills
- Teach in our extended day and year schedule
- Contribute to a relentless and dedicated team of outstanding professionals
- Communicate well with students, families and colleagues
- Believe in the mission and values of KIPP
- Conduct preliminary research via this website and www.kipp.org
- Pass a criminal background check
