PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AT KIPP

Continuous learning is one of KIPP’s core values and we believe there is always room to learn and get better at every level of your career. Since 2000, KIPP has been developing leaders through the KIPP School Leadership Programs (KSLP). As our schools and regions have grown over the past 15 years, so have our leadership development programs. All future North Memphis educators can expect the following when teaching at a KIPP Memphis school:

TEAMMATES UNITED BY ONE GOAL

We don’t just help get our students to college; we support them all the way through graduation day and beyond. And with 224 schools and 20+ years in education, we learn from our peers and share what we know to reach even more students and expand the impact of our work.

UNPARALLELED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

We believe there is always room to learn, grow, and improve at each stage of your career. That’s why we prioritize and invest in professional development for all of our staff, from ongoing coaching and school-wide training to national conferences and retreats.

WORK THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE
